Only six original Daytona Coupes were built between 1964 and 1965. With this car Shelby won the title at  the FIA World Sportscar Championship in 1965.  Dax now offers you the opportunity to build your own version of this legendary coupe. The base for the Dax Coupe is an extended 427 De Dion chassis, each coupe has a roll bar and extended foot wells. This means that this Coupe is also suitable for tall drivers. There is a large variety of engines available: V8´s from a Chevy, Ford or Rover, but other types of engines will also fit.
